Small condominium composed of 4 floors, located between the sea and the main road and consisting of two apartments on each floor. The apartments on the ground floor (1,2) and those on the third floor (7,8) have the bedroom windows located on the side of the building and not on the main road, therefore offering more tranquility, while those of the first (3 , 6) and the second floor (4,5) have the bedroom windows overlooking the main street, which is noisier. The apartments 3,4,5,7,8 have a terrace overlooking the sea while number 6 has a terrace without a view: the terraces are all equipped with chairs and a table for outdoor dining. Apartments 1 and 2 do not have a terrace. The apartments are furnished in a simple and essential way but they are all very spacious: in the living room there is a table and chairs for 6 people and a single sofa bed with slats. From the living room you enter the terrace through a large French window. The kitchen of apartments 1,2,7 and 8 have a window, while that of the other apartments have an extractor fan. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove with gas bottle, oven and pantry. The rooms are very large: there is a double bedroom and another bedroom with 2 or 3 single beds. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower: (no window but it has an extractor fan in apartments 1,2,7,8) or (a window in the apartmens 3,4,5,6). Each apartment has a parking space in the common courtyard, which leads directly to the pedestrian promenade. Distances: from the sea 30 meters, from shops 50 meters, from the center 300 meters.
