Modern apartment, located inside a small condominium, made up of 12 villas, immersed in one hectare of pine forest and with direct access to the Rocchette beach, a well-known location about 6 km from Castiglione della Pescaia, for its crystal clear waters.

The apartment has a beautiful wooden veranda which houses the comfortable outdoor living room, equipped with table, chairs, sofa and TV. Think how nice it is to enjoy evenings outdoors and not have to stay indoors with the children because they want to watch TV! *The TV's do not have channels via antenna, they only work with the internet, with your own accounts (netflix, Disney etc.) From the veranda you enter the kitchen with dishwasher and induction hob (the fridge is on the veranda next to the kitchen door), there are two bedrooms, one double and one with two bunk beds, the bathroom has a window and shower. From the kitchen and the bedroom there is access to a small internal courtyard equipped with a washing machine.

An electric gate allows access to the condominium property, completely fenced, and equipped with unassigned condominium parking, for a single car, and access to the beach, via a pedestrian gate. You will be able to move around the condominium property in complete safety without having to pass through busy roads to access the beach.
